I work with adults who desire more clarity and calm in their life, and who wish to view their current situation from new perspectives. I primarily help clients uncover deep emotional and thought patterns using techniques such as gestalt therapy and internal family systems therapy (IFS). In my person-centered sessions, I often incorporate meditation and mindfulness techniques, as well as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
Through my courses of study at Naropa University’s Clinical Mental Health program in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling in 2023 and at the Institute for Applied Meditation’s (iamHeart’s) intensive meditation training in 2019, I have learned how to deeply integrate meditation and meditative principles into my work. As a counselor, my goal is to help you meet your goals, see and approach your potential, and realize your own innate wisdom and capacity to navigate life’s challenges.
